How do you choose which database to search?
MCC provides access to over 150 different databases that cover all topics and disciplines including a variety of sources such as articles from magazines and journals as well as films, eBooks and images. Your database choice will be based on two basic components:
When you visit the eResources page, databases are organized "By Subject" (general topic/discipline covered within the database) and "By Type" (eBooks, images, newspapers, etc.) You may want to begin searching the databases organized under "General" as these database provide access to a full range of topics covered in a variety of information formats.
