OR  expands the search (finds either term)
NOT use to exclude terms

For example:

• anaphylaxis AND allergies
• opioid overdose AND symptoms
• children OR pediatrics
• (high blood pressure OR hypertension) AND heat exhaustion
• opioids NOT fentanyl
